[Frameworks] Seeking Dark, Sound-Proof Space for Doc Interview in NYC

I'm looking for a low cost, non-commercial space in New York City that gets completely dark and is entirely soundproof for a documentary interview. Dimensions must be at least 25 feet in one direction. I'm happy to rent from an independent musician or sound artist's space. Manhattan is preferred though Brooklyn can work as well.
