[Frameworks] Free scrap film

Hi all,

We have a couple large boxes of scrap film that needs to go. Mostly 16mm,
but also some 35mm. No vinegar syndrome (that we noticed). Suitable for
scratch animation, found footage, etc.

Shipping not included, we can ship on a Fedex or UPS account or you can
send a prepaid label.
