[Frameworks] developing super 8 200T / 500T / ekta (New York)?

yikes metropolis is expensive, $30 to develop + $40-70 to scan a roll of super 8 neg! i'm sure it looks great but you'd want a serious budget at those rates

cinelab's student/indie rates look like they might be more affordable  
process + prep + hd scan $39/cart

process + prep + 2kscan $46/cart

any other recommendations folks?
