[Frameworks] Call For Entries - 29th Chicago Underground Film Festival

Dear Bryan,

I have a new 8-minute found footage film that I’d like to submit to your festival.

It’s a zero budget film and I’m struggling with all those entry fees nowadays.

So I thought I should give it a try and ask you for a fee waiver…
Maybe it helps that I am sort of an alumni, you have shown 3 of my films in previous years…
