[Frameworks] Restoring eclair 16mm camera

Hello! I have recently acquired a vintage éclair 16mm camera that needs a
bit of TLC to get it back into fighting shape (cleaning, maybe a few part
replacements). Can anyone recommend to me someone in New York City to
assist with this project?
