[Frameworks] Seeking 16mm Black & Clear Double-Perf Leader

I'm seeking sources for black and clear 16mm double-perforated leader. The black leader must be opaque and suitable for scratching, and the clear must be 100% clear. So far, I've found Urbanski Film and Christy's but I'm looking for additional sources.
