[Frameworks] Downspooling 16mm

Hello friends!
I have some 400' rolls of 16mm film on a core that I need to get onto
daylight spools in order to use them in my Krasnogorsk 3. But I don't have
cranks or any access to cranks.

Does anyone have any tricks for doing this besides basic hand winding in a
dark room or black out bag? Any advice or suggestion is welcome!
