[Frameworks] "New" lomo tank filling with 16mm film

I reworked the center of the bottom spiral a bit to keep less distance between it and the tank's bottom. That did the trick. 
Also, lifting the (locked) lid a bit while pouring in chemistry makes it easier for the air to leave, especially helpful once the tank is wet after FD.
