[Frameworks] Dutchman

Hi all, it's not exactly an experimental film, but I would like to show The Dutchman (Anthony Harvey 1966, UK) as part of a Beat Cinema
program. And I'm having trouble finding out who owns the U.S. rights. Library of Congree Moving Image sent me to BFI, and BFI can't find a listing.
The production companies I've found are Dutchman Production and Gene Persson Enterprises. Any info would be appreciated. thanks,
