[Frameworks] Jon Behrens Memorial Program Notes

Dear Friends,

I've attached the program notes for the Jon Behrens Memorial Screening last
Sunday, written and compiled by film scholar, curator and projectionist
Spencer Sundall.  We had about 50 people in attendance and a lot more there
in spirit.  We are planning another screening--of different work--on what
would have been Jon's 59th birthday: May 12, 2023.
