[Frameworks] neg cutting

So I'm cutting negs to conform to workprints right now, for a couple films
I'm working on and am being reminded, once again, how much I love it and
how good I am at making clean tape splices. So... I thought I'd write a
note here to say that I dunno who's doing their own neg cutting these days
and loving it, or where folks are sending negs to get cut if not loving it,
but am curious about it, and am also thinking about whether I would love
doing it full time.
