[Frameworks] Films with creative/alternative use of subtitles

Heya jaco,

Do you know Eliseo Ortiz? I feel like I've probably mentioned him already.
He got his PhD from DCMP a couple of years ago and is avant-doc work
employs subtitles very liberally, often to make a point about language in
the context of borders/migration, sometimes across multiple channels. He
even goes as far as to  He now teaches at Washington State, I'm sure he'd
be willing to provide.
