[Frameworks] Films with creative/alternative use of subtitles

Hello,

You may be interested in some of the work included in Squeaky
Wheel's current Fall/Winter series [Speaking in Foreign Language]

translation/interpretation through subtitles including:

-Sharlene Bamboat feature film *If** From Every Tongue it Drips*
-Alex Dolores Salerno's *El Dios Acostado*
-Saif Aslaegh's *1991*
-Nadia Shibab's *Echolocation*
-Sky Hopinka's *wawa*

There's overlaps and resonances also with artists use of captioning and
audio descriptions that the series also takes on.
