[Frameworks] Exit Art: 1988 International Forum of the Super 8

Hello,

I am looking for (slightly urgent) the Exit Art 1988 Super 8 catalog. It
was published in conjunction with the Super 8 festival at the Exit Art
gallery in the same year.
Long shot, but does anyone have this in a portable doc format?
