Hi Gabriele,
Here are two suggestions:

Schmelzdahin: Stadt in Flammen   [sound of a man groaning while hitting his chest in rhythm]

Robert Nelson: I don’t have the title but maybe Mark Toscano can help!  -- the soundtrack is feet scraping the bottom of a bathtub. It’s a short film, maybe five minutes.
