If you cannot reach Robert I recommend Martin who worked many years for Robert, physically manufactured RFS loopers, and finally opened his own service. Martin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and skillful when I had trouble with RFS loopers and projectors recently. I will paste his contact below.
