[Frameworks] Bolex H8 Reflex viewfinder Issue

I bought a Bolex Rex4 H8 standard 8mm camera on ebay.  When I look through
the eyepiece, the image only takes up part of the space and is slightly
offset as far as I can tell.  I can only see a little rectangle in the
bottom corner rather than having the image larger.

My question is if this is just an eyepiece issue or if there is a potential
of there being an issue with the prism, affecting what light hits the
actual film?  If it is just an eyepiece issue, can that be adjusted?

I don't have a critical gate focus prism to check.  Any thoughts would be
highly appreciated.
