[Frameworks] Guidance on Funding for films

Dear Frameworkers,

Hello!  I am based in India and am trying to raise some small funds to
shoot a short experimental film on super 8/ 16mm.  I was wondering if you
all maybe able to guide me to some resources?

I don't seem to qualify for ANYTHING :)
