I’m attaching a pdf made by Dave Tetzlaff that talks through different Filmo model numbers & how to convert models that need double-perf film.  I had a student who did it (more than a decade ago) & reported the operation was a success, so…

As for films with double perforation, I only know so far the Fomapan black and  white reversal. As far as I know, there is no option of color with double perf ? Do you know if there are other options or not ?
