Dear Karen:

As one of the founders and directors of the Collective for Living Cinema I am delighted that Jim’s work will be preserved and presented in these most optimal ways. We met Jim during the Winter of 1976 and premiered his early work during the Spring of 1977. 
He was always a good friend, an active supporter of experimental work of all kinds and a great filmmaker in his own right. 
I wish you all the best in this wonderful endeavor.
