[Frameworks] Aaton camera?

I’m new to filmmaking and interested in smaller cameras that shoot in 16mm. I’m getting ready for a solo overseas trip and would like to be ready to shoot if circumstances are right. I’ve found information about the Aaton Penelope and Super A-Minima, and see that Aaton went out of business awhile ago.  Are these cameras still available?  Film for them?  Are there alternatives?
