[Frameworks] Boathouse Microcinema returns in Portland, Oregon

Hello Frameworkers!

Just here to announce that Boathouse Microcinema will once again be holding
approximately weekly screenings this spring in Portland, Oregon!

We ran for three years pre-pandemic and are starting things back up again.
This iteration will be run by Chris Freeman and Bryan Boyce.

This is not really a call for submissions because we are focusing on
community building with local experimental filmmakers in Portland - but we
wanted to spread the word to the larger community that there is another
active microcinema this spring.
