[Frameworks] A Synesthete's Atlas in New Orleans (& beyond)

Hi all,

I'll be in New Orleans next week to give one of my maps-as-expanded-cinema
performances with live computer music pioneer, Carl Stone, and to speak
about my ongoing *A Synesthete’s Atlas* & related projects.

   - Carl & I recorded an interview with DJ Pennebaker (ha) that will air
   tonight (Sun 30 Mar) on WTUL’s *20/21* program. I’m told that Carl’s
   music will be sprinkled throughout the program, which airs/streams from
   8p-midnight Central Time (UTC−06:00), and the interview will play around

   - I’ll speak about my work at Tulane’s Howard-Tilton Memorial Library on
   Tuesday, 1 Apr (no fooling) from 4-5p. Local musician David Kumler will
   join me for a ~15 minute improvisation at the end of the talk. This is a

   - Carl and I perform at Silver City Grocery in Algiers Point on
   Saturday, 5 Apr (doors @ 7, show @ 7:30). We’ll open with a generous solo
   set by Carl, then collaborate on a ~50 minute second set.

I have a string of shows lined up in Texas and Colorado throughout April
and will post about those at a later date but I’d appreciate any help in
getting the word out to New Orleans/Baton Rouge folks. Please say “hi” if

you simply want to meet up for a chicory-fortified coffee.
