[Frameworks] Synchronizing two 16mm projectors at the exact same speed

For 3D projection it is not unusual to just run a bicycle chain between the
inching knobs in order to keep them in synchronization.

Otherwise there are some projectors intended for interlock use with selsyns,
which can be locked together.
