Point.360 has the following motion picture equipment that they want to offer to anyone that could use the equipment, for free except for the cost of shipping:

17x Film Synchronizers (16mm and 35mm)
6x   Film Splicers – straight cut (16mm and 35mm)
1x   Film Splicers – hot splicer (35mm)
