[Frameworks] experimental documentary

Hi Christopher,

Might want to add Vertov to the list? Perhaps at least a clip from his
*Kino-Glaz
(Film Eye) *(1924)*. *ZV did earlier experimental "newsreel" docs, but this
is his first attempt at a feature-length experimental documentary, and it's
available on DVD. I just finished an essay on it, so this provocative /
perhaps pedagogically useful comment by Grierson comes to mind: "it's not a
film at all; it's a snapshot album."
