[Frameworks] Experimental Documentary

A pretty meaningless festival.  I say that having won that very award a couple years earlier.

We did have good jurors -- Pennebaker, Wiseman, and Kopple.  But never actually went to the festival, and never actually received the little trophy.  At the time I thought Ann Arbor was much more meaningful.

  Oops, I made a mistake he received the Sundance award in 1990.
