[Frameworks] Letter to other Filmmaker Artists

I know Pablo Marin in Argentina worked on some interesting handmade transfers from 35mm to 16mm or from 16mm to Super8, something like that.  On the same line, I am wondering if there is a way to get film without sprocket holes at all.  Does anybody have contact with Pro8, maybe they can pass on film that is still not perforated?
