It isn't Kodachrome.
1922 sounded way too early, I checked wiki, (don't have my Time-Life
series anymore)

I have a 1935 or 1936 roll of Kodachrome with pictures of my Mom and
her sister taken by my Great Grandmother.
It lived in attics through many summers, even Kodachrome was not
invincible, everything went a kind of deep brown, but my Mom's pink
hair ribbon stayed pink. I made a nice contact print on Agfa reversal
6.02 or 6.03
