[Frameworks] cleaning a 16mm camera

You can see from the discussion I have opened about this camera  
having "outmoded" double sprocket drives and possibly a problematic  
double pull down claw,
that this camera may present special challenges to a potential user  
of the camera.  As quaint as the old camera is, quality not  
withstanding, there would be many other more practical options  
available on the market.
If you are selling the camera, it would only be fair to point out the  
older format of the camera so an unsuspecting beginner would know  
about the difficulty in obtaining film stock, without first modifying  
the camera.
