[Frameworks] cleaning a 16mm camera

(Maybe) Another way to check if the camera has a double pull down  
claw mechanism would be to run a small piece of single perf film  
through the gate (without running it on the sprocket wheels) and see  
if the other claw tries to dig into the the film where there is not  
sprocket hole.
Either that or find a way to peek behind the pressure plate while  
running the camera.
