Sarah is right, you must use a hazmat like thing that has a pair of charcoal filters that then must be changed every fre hours depending on the concentrations of fumes in the air. . Best to vent the room using a strong fan as well.

Hi Lyndsay,
Not sure if this respirator is effective against chemical off-gas.  Could
even make things worse, as it's made to filter particles and not gas.
I always thought you needed respirators with attachable filters, like

Anybody know for sure?
