[Frameworks] Peleshian

Hey Jason,

His films are notoriously difficult and expensive to obtain, in either 35mm
or good digital exhibition copies. Check with the folks at Balagan in Boston
- they worked the near impossible a little while back (the films showed in
Boston and in D.C.).

There is/was a so-so Portuguese (!) DVD. I got a copy, ordered from the
company's website I believe. It's titled "Obras Documentais de Artavazd
Pelechian" and is from Costa do Castelo Filmes S.A. (www.costacastelo.pt).
This was several years ago.

I don't know that they've been released anywhere else (would love to know if
I'm wrong!).
