The Pageants speaker out to line in on Mackie or other mixer is fine, that
was our set-up for screenings for a number of years.

Some folks have gone so far as to modify the amp circuit board to have a
true line (600ohm) out, but one can change to a standard phone plug and
leave it as is.

As far as Pageants go, you might try to track down a 250S... although Sam
Wells and others have said here in the past that they think the condenser
optics and older lamp make for a higher contrast image.... the 250S takes a
EJL (200W quartz) and will work with an ELC (250W quartz) lamp. The speaker
out was also (usually) a standard phone plug.
