[Frameworks] Travelogues

Several parts of the oeuvre of both Matt Hulse and Andrew Kotting
would probably fall under this heading. (Most obviously Kotting's
Gallivant, and Hulse's Follow the Master, though they may be too
'narrative' for your purposes: but also some shorter, more
obviously 'experimental' pieces by both - forget titles...).

witness to travel and distance from a point of origin on the part
of the filmmaker. These would not be so much ethnographic works
which are part of a sustained cultural exchange, but films made

Warren Sonbert, perhaps John Smith's "The Hotel Diaries"? I'm
