[Frameworks] Black Film Leader in NY

Luis,

Kodak has black emulsion leader, but you have to buy a lot of it.  Motion
Picture Enterprises has clear plastic (no emulsion) leader.  These are 1000
or 2000 foot minimums, as far as I know.
