[Frameworks] Black Film Leader in NY

The Kodak film is 7983. It has a black lacquer coating, similar to photo emulsion, which can be scratched or cleared with household bleach. Minimum purchase is one can = 2 x 1000 foot rolls. Costs about $130 per can.
