[Frameworks] News About the Animation Stand at Millennium

The Oxberry Animation Stand acquired last year by the Millennium has
taken a giant leap to being operational.  A number of animators have
been having serious discussions about how to get it up and running.
They seriously want to see an Oxberry in the public use.  Lary7
switched out the capacitor on the camera and it seems that everything
works perfectly.  He is going do a test shoot in an hour.  We are all
quite optimistic.
