[Frameworks] is sending film through USPS OK?

If I send film through the US Postal System will it be x-rayed? is x-raying
film really that bad for it? Doesn't it depend on the speed of the film. If
it is a low speed like 100 or 6 (hi-con) will it really affect it!!?
