[Frameworks] Recommended splicer for both 16mm and 8mm cuts?

Hi Meg,
I second Jason Halprin's Maier-Hancock recommendation. I use an 816-S all
day long. The "S" has the retractable Super-8 pins so its the only M-H
model that will also splice Super-8. The "816-S" will typically go for at
least twice the cost of an 816 so if you don't need to work with Super-8
just get a clean 816. Like Jason I'm assuming that by non-guillotine you
mean a cement splicer...
