[Frameworks] Bolex H16 eyepiece lock replacement

Hello,

I am trying to replace a broken eyepiece focus ring lock on a Bolex.  I
have got the eyepiece removed, but I can't figure out how to get this last
piece apart so I can replace the broken ring. Andy advice on how to get
this apart?
