[Frameworks] 16mm to 16mm print transfer / 8mm print to 16mm blow up

I don't think _anyone_ can do color dirty dupes anymore. The print stock
was discontinued a decade ago.

Cinelab can do B&W dirty dupes although they are going to be more contrasty
than the originals because the proper print film is no longer made and
they are forced to use a lab intermediate stock not designed for the job.

It's possible for any good lab to pull an internegative off the print,
then a sound interneg, and then a composite print from the two internegs.
It won't be cheap and the sound quality won't be very good, but it's
probably the best solution now that none of the reversal print stocks are
made today.
