[Frameworks] Call for artist-run lab films

[Tie Cin]

Today, TIE has started planning the catalog for our artist-run film
lab festival/conference (November 20-24, 2013) with an innovative
European designer. It's going to be beautiful. That said, filmmakers
interested in submitting work (to be exhibited in film print format)
that has been created in-part at an artist-run film lab should contact
film at experimentalcinema.org as soon as possible for consideration. The
programs are looking amazing thus far.
