[Frameworks] Super8 200D reversal

Hi Phil,
This is Erin Weisgerber. I am a student at Concordia where we have met
before briefly.
I'm very interested in this bulk purchase of the new 16mm reversal stock by
labs in Europe.
If you could send along any information or links you have that could be
helpful.
Are individual filmmakers able to purchase from the labs? Must they put in
pre-orders? What is the final cost per foot (or per roll)?
I am working with Ralitsa Doncheva on a documentary that we plan to film at
the end of August/beginning of September in Bulgaria.
We want to shoot on colour reversal, but we only have limited quantities of
100D so we are looking for other affordable options. Ralitsa's project has
been supported by Main Film's Film Factory so we are also hoping to
convince them to purchase an alternate colour reversal stock for the
project.
Any information you could share would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much,
Erin
