[Frameworks] Super8 200D reversal

If any of you are on the filmlabs listserv as well you might know that a
big order as been made collectively in europe between the labs to buy some
of that stock in 16mm for a ridiculously low price directly from AGFA.
Maybe that approach should be initiated as well in US to avoid
the exorbitant cost of 45$ per roll.
