[Frameworks] Alpha Cine discontinuing film processing

I have been saving my last roll of Plus-X for something special and it
looks like this is it. I will be shooting it this weekend since it has
prepaid processing from alpha. Seems I have been doing a lot of "last
rolls" recently.
