[Frameworks] Fiction feature length films about avant-garde cinema

*Chuck Workman's Visionaries (2010) is a feature-length documentary about
American avant-garde film, using Jonas Mekas as nodal point.*

*There is also Workman's What Is Cinema? (2013), which--as I
remember--includes "avant-garde" filmmaking within a larger context.*
