[Frameworks] Book optioning template

Hi Frameworks,
Does anyone have a template for optioning a book for a screenplay? I'm
looking for basic contract, low-budget project, and only for screenplay -
not nec. for making the film. Just for writing the screenplay.
Any leads or links?
