[Frameworks] Film Festival Blues

Hi Adam and everyone.

We have a somewhat narrow call for the Engauge Experimental Film
Festival—we only accept works that originate on film—and we are fortunate
to have a private funder, which is the only way to do what we do in the US,
as far as I know.
