[Frameworks] RIP Gene Youngblood

One bit of info left out of that Artnews article is that the heart attack
Gene suffered came in May of 2020. Looking back over my emails I see that
his last post to the list was on Jun 7th, 2020. I knew that the 50th
anniversary republication of Expanded Cinema sidetracked him from his
George Kuchar project and assumed his inactivity on Frameworks was due to
his doubling down to bring that project to completion.

He'll be missed but not soon forgotten. RIP.

Eric
